Every business in the directory got filed from public sources. If one of them is yours, this page is how you claim the listing, correct a fact, or add your side of the story.
Three things you can do here.
- Claim the listing. Tell us you're the operator. We note it on the entry, and you're the first to hear when it's updated.
- Correct a fact. Send the source that shows it. We check it, fix the entry, and log the fix in the corrections log with the date.
- Add a response. Your words run on your entry, unedited except for length, linked from the grade.
What happens next is simple. We read it. We check it against the source. We reply. If the evidence moves a grade, the grade moves, and the change is dated on the entry.
One thing we don't do. We don't take an entry down because a grade stings. If something endangers someone, or the law requires it, write to us and we'll hear you out.
